Схема концептуальної логіки формування
Символізм «Чайка». Центральним елементом композиції є функціональна меморіальна лава у формі козацького човна «чайки» — символу незламності духу Самійла Кішки. Постать гетьмана, розміщена на борту човна, звернена до заснованої ним церкви Миколи Доброго, формуючи нерозривний історичний зв’язок між меморіальним об’єктом і місцем.
Conceptual Design Logic
The Symbolism of the «Chaika». The central element of the composition is a functional memorial bench shaped like a Cossack chaika — a traditional boat symbolising the indomitable spirit of Samiylo Kishka. The figure of the hetman, positioned aboard the boat, faces the Church of St. Nicholas the Good, which he founded, establishing an enduring historical connection between the memorial feature and the site.
Ландшафтна метафора. Параметричні підпірні стіни з кортенової сталі відтворюють динаміку хвиль, які розтинає «чайка». Стилізований рельєф газонів у формі пагорбів підсилює відчуття морського простору, органічно поєднуючи меморіальну зону з простором для відпочинку.
Landscape Metaphor. Parametric weathering steel retaining walls evoke the movement of waves cut through by the chaika. The sculpted contours of the grassy mounds enhance the sense of a maritime landscape, organically connecting the memorial area with the recreational space.
Текучість форм. Лаконічні лави інтегровані безпосередньо в лінії кортенових стін, продовжуючи їхню пластику. Мощення доріжок із натурального каменю та бруківки підтримує загальну хвилясту геометрію композиції, формуючи цілісний і безпечний простір, розрахований на 50 відвідувачів.
Fluidity of Forms. Minimalist benches are integrated directly into the lines of the weathering steel walls, following and extending their sculptural geometry. The pathways, paved with natural stone and paving blocks, reinforce the overall wave-inspired composition, creating a cohesive and safe public space designed to accommodate up to 50 visitors.
Екологічність. Проєкт передбачає збереження існуючих дерев і висадження нових. Параметричні конструкції та транзитні шляхи спроєктовані з урахуванням наявних кореневих систем дерев. Використання кортенової сталі забезпечує довговічність конструкцій та стійкість матеріалів до вандалізму.
Environmental Sustainability. The project предусматривает the preservation of existing trees and the planting of new ones. Parametric structures and pedestrian routes are designed to accommodate existing tree root systems. The use of weathering steel ensures structural durability and resistance to vandalism.
Світловий сценарій. Система освітлення поєднує функціональність та естетику: високі й низькі світильники забезпечують безпеку пересування, а приховане художнє LED-підсвічування під кортеновими стінами підкреслює фактуру матеріалу та створює ефект «плавучості» хвиль у вечірній час.
Lighting Concept. The lighting system combines functionality and aesthetics. High-level and low-level lighting fixtures ensure safe movement throughout the space, while concealed artistic LED lighting beneath the weathering steel walls highlights the material's texture and creates an illusion of floating waves after dark.
Інженерні рішення. Проєктом передбачено безбар’єрний доступ до всіх функціональних зон. Збір дощової води здійснюється завдяки природним ухилам рельєфу з її подальшим відведенням до підземного резервуара для системи автоматичного поливу. Резервуар розміщений у міжмережевому просторі під меморіалом. Таке рішення відповідає принципам сталого розвитку та раціонального використання водних ресурсів.
Engineering Solutions. Barrier-free access is provided to all functional areas. Rainwater is collected through the natural slopes of the terrain and directed into an underground storage tank for an automated irrigation system. The tank is located within the utility corridor beneath the memorial. This solution supports sustainable development principles and the responsible use of water resources.
